WITH ALYA ALHAMAD
As a Health Coach, I help clients identify dietary and lifestyle changes they can make to gain more energy, reduce stress, to reach their health and wellbeing goals.
Although a healthful diet and adequate exercise are essential for feeling our best, my practice also examines other aspects of an individual’s life that are as important, if not more important, to their health and wellness as the food on their plate.
What makes my practice unique is that I have a breadth of experience and knowledge that allows me to step back and take a larger assessment of a person’s life. I take a multidisciplinary approach, combining nutritional education, with psychological concepts for a mind-body approach to health.
What i specialise in
Gut Health & Hormone Health
I have completed advanced certification in gut-health and hormone-health, which offers me a deeper understanding of the body as a whole. I support clients who have PCOS, digestive issues, thyroid dysfunction and more.
No-Diet Weight Loss
Tired of yo-yo dieting? What if you could lose weight and be healthier without stressing so much about food. This approach emphasizes sustainable lifestyle changes, mindful eating, and prioritises nourishment over deprivation.
Disordered Eating
I help clients achieve food freedom who suffer from restriction-binge cycles, or who have an unhealthy relationship to their body or food. This can have a significant negative impact on one’s physical and mental health or wellbeing.
Personal Development
I help clients achieve greater self-awareness, assess and shift their limiting beliefs, and manage their minds. Clients gain an understanding of their setbacks as well as their potential. They receive a wealth of knowledge related to self-improvement.
